VRHI01 - Grade 13 Ball Bearing Butt Hinge SSS
Grade 13 Ball Bearing Hinge is a heavy-duty 102 × 76 mm stainless steel butt hinge designed for high-performance timber and metal doors. Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, it is certified to BS EN 1935 Grade 13, supports doors up to 120 kg, and has been tested for over 200,000 operating cycles. The hinge is Certifire approved (CF5511) and suitable for use on FD120 timber and FD240 metal fire doors, making it ideal for demanding commercial, public and residential applications, including schools, hospitals, offices, hotels, and other high-traffic environments.
VRHI02 - Grade 13 Lift-Off Hinge SSS
Grade 13 Lift-Off Hinge is a heavy-duty 102 × 76 × 3 mm stainless steel lift-off hinge designed for high-performance timber door applications where quick door removal is required. Manufactured from Grade 201 stainless steel, it is certified to BS EN 1935 Grade 13, fire tested for use on FD30 and FD60 timber fire doors up to 120kg, and is CERTIFIRE approved (CF849). Available in left- and right-handed versions with a radiused profile, it is ideal for commercial, healthcare, education, and other high-traffic environments requiring reliable performance and ease of maintenance. Precision-manufactured pin and bearing surfaces provide accurate alignment and improved installation stability.
VRHI03 - Grade 14 High-Load Hinge SSS
A high-performance concealed knuckle hinge manufactured from Grade 201 stainless steel, designed to provide smooth, reliable operation in demanding commercial environments. Featuring a self-lubricating bearing system, it offers long-lasting, low-maintenance performance for doors weighing up to 160kg. Tested to BS EN 1935:2002 Grade 14, CE and UKCA marked, and CERTIFIRE approved for use on FD120 timber doorsets when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. VRCL03 - Size 2-4 Overhead Door Closer with BC SSS
A high-performance variable power overhead door closer designed for commercial and high-traffic applications where controlled door closing is essential. Featuring a rack and pinion spring adjustable mechanism to EN Size 2–4 closing force, it is suitable for doors up to 1100mm wide and 80kg. Independently adjustable sweep speed, latch speed, and backcheck allow the closing action to be tailored to the application, while the non-handed design provides installation flexibility. CE and UKCA marked, Certifire approved, and successfully tested to EN 1154 and EN 1634-1, it is suitable for use on timber fire doors with up to 120 minutes fire resistance when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
VRCL04 - Size 2-5 Overhead Door Closer with BC SSS
A high-performance overhead door closer designed for commercial, public, and high-traffic environments. Featuring an adjustable EN Size 2–5 closing force, it is suitable for doors up to 1250mm wide and 100kg, with the power factory preset to EN3. Independently adjustable closing speed, latch action and backcheck, allowing the closing cycle to be tailored to suit the application, while the non-handed design and universal fixing options provide installation flexibility. Suitable for use with solid unsprung lever handles, it features a reversible low-friction latch, 2x8mm griptite follower, heavy-duty spring mechanism, raised angle follower. The lock has a 60mm backset with 78mm centres and is tested to BS EN 12209, CE marked, and CERTIFIRE approved for use on FD60 timber fire doors when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
VRSL01- Din Spec Sashlock SSS
A heavy-duty din spec Euro profile sashlock designed for commercial, residential, and high-traffic door applications. Suitable for use with solid unsprung lever handles, it features a reversible low-friction latch, 8mm griptite follower, heavy-duty spring mechanism, and raised angle follower for smooth, reliable operation. VRDL01 - Din Spec Deadlock SSS
A heavy-duty dins spec Euro profile deadlock designed for commercial, residential, and high-traffic door applications. Featuring a double throw deadbolt, Euro profile cylinder preparation, and all-metal construction with no plastic components, it provides a robust and reliable locking solution for timber FD30-60 timber doors. Finished with a stainless steel forend and strike plate, the deadlock is tested to BS EN 12209, CERTIFIRE approved, fire tested to BS EN 1634-1, and is CE marked for use on fire and smoke compartmentation doors when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's fitting instructions.
VRLA01 - Din Spec Latch SSS
A heavy-duty din spec mortice latch designed for commercial, residential, and high-traffic door applications. Featuring a heavy sprung reversible latch bolt, 8mm square follower with spindle retaining spring, and all-metal construction with no plastic components, it provides smooth, reliable operation and long service life. Complete with a stainless steel strike plate, 8mm griptite follower, the latch is tested to BS EN 12209, CE marked, and intended for use on FD30-60 timber doors when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's fitting instructions.
VRLO01 - Digital Codedlock SSS
A robust mechanical push button lock designed to provide convenient keyless access for low-medium traffic internal doors, making it ideal for offices, storerooms, workshops, and staff areas. Featuring a single user code with multiple digit combinations, the lock is supplied complete with a 60mm backset deadlocking tubular latch.
