Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, it is certified to BS EN 1935 Grade 13, supports doors up to 120 kg, and has been tested for over 200,000 operating cycles. The hinge is Certifire approved (CF5511) and suitable for use on FD120 timber and FD240 metal fire doors, making it ideal for demanding commercial, public and residential applications, including schools, hospitals, offices, hotels, and other high-traffic environments.
VRHI02 - Grade 13 Lift-Off Hinge SSS
Grade 13 Lift-Off Hinge is a heavy-duty 102 × 76 × 3 mm stainless steel lift-off hinge designed for high-performance timber door applications where quick door removal is required. Manufactured from Grade 201 stainless steel, it is certified to BS EN 1935 Grade 13, fire tested for use on FD30 and FD60 timber fire doors up to 120kg, and is CERTIFIRE approved (CF849).
