Concept Development

Our concept development process transforms ideas into actionable plans and detailed doorset specifications. We assess design integrity, durability, functionality, compliance, and budget alignment to ensure your project is practical, sustainable, and ready for the next stage of development. During concept develop we create detailed drawings, specifications, compliance maps, digital mood boards and prototypes for approval and design freeze.

Survey Support

A successful project starts with a detailed and accurate site survey. Our team can collaborate closely with you as an extension of your workforce, or operate independently to deliver exactly the level of support you need. From non-intrusive maintenance and rectification surveys, to full intrusive product reviews, through to installation checks, we provide the insight required to build a clear and reliable understanding of what’s onsite, its current status, and the most effective path forward.

Solution Management

Once an order is placed, a dedicated Solutions Manager is assigned to your project to oversee the journey from order to manufacture. They resolve outstanding issues, submit drawings for approval, and create manufacturing schedules. Acting as the primary point of contact, they also attend site meetings and can assist with surveys, effectively bridging the gap between site and manufacturing to ensure smooth project delivery.
